Assembling and disassembling rollers Remove the screw 1, loose the screw 2, remove the pin 3, remove the chips guard 4 with the roller 5. When you are removing the pin, pay attention at the the small rollers 6 that are around the pin. When assembling the roller the pin's lubrication hole must concur with the hole in the arm. After changing the rollers check that the oil coming out from the rollers. You have to change the roller only as a set, so you can mantain the centering precision. |

Change of Arms The replacement is performed more comfortably with the Steady rest open, in this case thoroughly clean all the contact parts.
WARNING! First tighten the screw U, then with a torque wrench to tighten the U, S, T with load on our tabelle. After this operation you must re-center the steady rest.
