Adjustments normally used on conventional or C.N. Simple operation, built with materials of high quality, low maintenance, stable and rigid structure, easy assembly, clamping range obtained without to change the pads, micrometrical adjustment system of the centerline (patent No. 244251), this are characteristics that guarantee with the trademark  "LMG" the total product quality.

The main feature of the Steady Rests series "SLZV "(patented) is to retract the arms inside the body, freeing up the working area, thus allowing the loading of the piece with automatic systems. The whole clamping range of the steady rests  "SLZV" is obtained without to change the pads with a considerable saving of time. The compact size, high positioning accuracy and repeatability, this accessory is the ideal tool for grinding operations. Can be used as support of long shafts, or support for internal grinding operations.
The Steady Rests  "SLZV" are equipped with a system (patented) for fine adjustment of the centerline. It is usually built with PKD (diamond) pads, but it can be also supplied with hard metal pads. (On request).
