The minimal sizes, the high positioning and repeatability accuracy make this accessory the ideal instrument for grinding operations. It can be used as a support for long shaft, for internal or follow down grinding operations.
The "SLZV" steady rest is equipped with a system for the precise adjustement of the centerline (Patented device). It is generally manufactured with hard metal pads, but it can also be supplied with "PKD" (Diamond) pads, on request.
