The 4 point clamping equipement has been studied and produced for grinding the piston rod diameters of the crankshaft. The main features are high centering precision and high repeatability. The frame is extremely rigid and it allows a stable clamp on the crankshaft. The clamping points are self adjusting "PKD" pads, they allow a perfect support of the workpiece. The internal cooling system keeps cold the clamping pads. This device is equipped with centralized lubrication and pressurization.
