Part List and First Installation

Each steady rest is marked with its serial number, please always include this number when you order spare parts.

PAY ATTENTION: If you don' t follow these rules you can damage the internal parts of the steady rest.

To mount the steady rest on its bracket we suggest to use the four holes available on the body of the steady rest.
To avoid to damage the internal sliding parts of the steady rest, we recommend to tighten the mounting screws by a dynamometric key and apply the proper tightening torque showed in the table below.
If it is necessary to use other screws you can find the right tightening torque on a tag on the body of the steady rest.
It is also necessary to use big washers. You can find their suggested dimensions on the table below
